Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Inyah , every gift is thoughtfully curated and, in many cases, personalized exclusively for you. We kindly request you to review the following policy before placing an order.


🚫 No Returns / No Exchanges

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our gifting products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.


❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • This includes personalized, customized, or special-edition gift items.

  • Please ensure all personalization details, product selections, and delivery information are accurate before completing your purchase.


🔁 Refunds & Replacements (Strictly Limited Cases)

Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit, or

  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Eligibility conditions:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to product reveal) is mandatory

  • The product must remain unused and in its original packaging

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method


🇦🇪 VAT Policy (UAE)

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of UAE VAT, where applicable

  • VAT charges are non-refundable once an order has been successfully processed, except in cases where a refund is approved due to a verified error on our part


🚚 Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

While we strive for timely delivery, Inyah Gifts Trading FZC is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner operations

  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer

Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


🎁 Product Appearance & Craftsmanship Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting

  • Handmade and personalized gifts may show minor variations, which are a natural part of bespoke craftsmanship and are not considered defects

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
